What are the DiaryThreads file attachment limits?
Verified Premium users can add up to 3 files to an ordinary entry or 20 files to an Article. Each file can be up to 45 MiB. The total file allowance is 100 MiB per ordinary entry and 200 MiB per Article. DiaryThreads stores a private app copy locally and can include eligible files in optional private iCloud sync.

DiaryThreads accepts regular files that the system file picker can provide, subject to the documented count and size limits. A private app copy prevents the diary entry from depending on a temporary external file-provider URL.
Files sit beside the text, media, date, replies, and quotes that give them meaning.
Preview where the system can, preserve where it cannot
Supported formats open with the system Quick Look experience. When a format has no inline preview, the file remains available through system share and export actions.
Optional Premium private iCloud sync can carry eligible protected copies between supported devices after the user explicitly enables it.
Adding files is Premium; keeping your files is durable
Premium is checked when new files are added. If Premium later expires, existing attachments remain accessible for viewing, sharing, exporting, and deletion.
Ordinary entries and Articles have separate limits so a long-form record can carry a larger research or project bundle without hiding the boundary.
