Random Entry makes rediscovery passive
A diary becomes more valuable when older writing can return at the right moment. Random Entry gives the Home Screen a quiet window into one locally prepared entry.
The widget reads a lightweight snapshot rather than opening the full diary database. Tapping it routes back into Diary Threads.
Write Entry removes the first step
Write Entry keeps only its prompt and write action across all supported sizes. It is designed to shorten the distance between noticing a thought and recording it.
The deep link opens the shared app router and begins the write flow without adding an account or remote service.
Privacy follows App Lock
When App Lock is enabled, widget snapshots hide entry text. This prevents the Home Screen from becoming an accidental public preview of private writing.
Release builds use the app’s verified Premium entitlement snapshot. The widget presentation stays lightweight and factual.
