What can I share or export?
Premium supports entry posters, Article and topic sharing, analytics images, and PDF collections. Available formats depend on the selected content and platform. Topic PDF export supports all matching history or an inclusive date range, shows a preview, and then offers Save to Files or system sharing. Mobile People can also open a person-specific PDF collection.

Keep the context around one moment
Entry sharing can preserve text, ordered photos, quote context, and optionally the place name. Articles and topic collections have their own layouts.
An eligible video-only root entry can export a branded video with its audio. Replies and voice-only entries keep their own availability rules; the share control reflects the selected content.
Collect a topic as a PDF
A topic collection begins with an A4 cover, the brand artwork, and the selected topic banner. It includes complete matching entries and Articles in chronological month groups, with saved quote context.
Photos appear in the PDF. Videos, recordings, and files use static previews or descriptions. If media is unavailable, the export flow offers retry or clearly marked placeholders before delivery.
Share a view of your recording rhythm
Analytics can create a Recording Calendar or Emotion Calendar image where the platform supports the underlying data. The Mac app keeps its HealthKit boundary and does not create Health-based emotion data.
Exports use their own typography and layout. Reading and editing text preferences do not alter exported pages. Every delivery begins with your chosen save or share action.

Do videos and audio play inside the PDF?
No. PDFs use static previews or descriptions for videos, recordings, and files. Photos are included as images.
Will changing reading text size change the export?
No. Share posters and exported documents retain independent typography and layout.
